Ingredients
- Six 6-8 ounce salmon filets
- One bottle Greenbrier Apricot Ginger Grilling Sauce*
Start by removing gray area from the back of the fish by cutting at a slight angle a little at a time until completely removed. Place salmon in a pre-heated pan and sear for two minutes on each side. Cover with Greenbrier Apricot Ginger Grilling Sauce.*
To finish, transfer to a 350-degree oven for 4-8 minutes until fully cooked. Allow to rest 1-2 minutes. Place salmon on a plate and spoon remaining sauce over top.
