Certified Master Chef, Peter Timmins, has been the Executive Chef of The Greenbrier for eight years. Under his leadership is a culinary brigade of more than 150 chefs and cooks, five different food operations and one of the country's most prestigious apprenticeship programs. A native of Ireland, Timmins started his career in his native Dublin under the guidance of Master Chef Roger Noble at the Royal Hibernian Hotel.
